All mixes, audio recordings, written content, design, and source code are protected by copyright from the moment of creation. You may stream the mixes and use the site for personal enjoyment, but you may not copy, redistribute, modify, or resell any part of the Service without written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes (but is not limited to): scraping, automated downloading, reverse engineering, interfering with site operation, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to technical failures, data loss, or personal injury (for example, if you blast your headphones too loud).
